BOM

 

It is a norm that indicates the amount of raw materials needed to make a product.

There are 3 types of BOMs.

 

Model's BOM

Is the norm of a function in the model. This is the original norm, taken as a standard.

Item's BOM

Is the standard of each product. This norm is created based on the Model's BOM, adding or subtracting individual product points.

Order's BOM

Is the norm of each product in a specific order. Usually this will be the same as Item's BOM. In some cases where the customer wants to customize the item, this norm will be customized.

 

 

Prices

There are 3 types of prices.

Material prices

The price of the material varies by supplier. This is a reference price, each material has a maximum of 3 supplier information and a reference price.

Approved prices

The price of the certified material that can be used in the order. Each material has a price and a certified supplier.

Order's prices

The price of the material in each particular order. This price will normally be taken from approved prices, subject to change if the price is different from the standard price.
