User Status

The user has 2 states active or deactivated. Users who are set to deactivated state will not be able to log into the system anymore.

ATTENTION.

Users should not be deleted, because they will lose related data, such as the person who created the order... Use the deactive state when the user leaves the company or is not allowed to use the system anymore.

user name

Users can use an easy-to-remember ID or username to log into the system. This input name is not required.

Changepassword

Khi người dùng quên password, dùng chức năng này để reset password mới cho người dùng. Có thể chọn nhiều người để đổi một lần.

This new password does not need to be followedpolicy của password.

Sau khi đổi password bằng chức năng này, Admin thông báo password mới cho người dùng.

Người dùng sau khi đăng nhập vào bằng password mới, hệ thống sẽ yêu cầu đổi lại password một lần nữa. Lúc này password phải tuân theo policy của password.
